Sedimentation in this stage, crude oil is pumped into tanks and the water and oil are allowed to separate and the contaminants pose out of the oil. Fractionating this is second step in the process of making lubricant, it involves heating up the oil to about 371 degrees Celsius to break down the mixture.
Filtering and solvent extraction is the next level of our process in which we remove the unwanted substance from the mixture.
Additives, review, and packaging in these stage the oil is mixed with additives to give it the desired physical properties and then we do a quality control test for its viscosity, specific gravity, colour, flash, and fire points. After getting assured about quality, we pack products.
